On Monday, 9 February 2026, the PAP community gathered for an Extraordinary General Assembly, marking another important step in the association’s development.

The session began at 4:30 PM with a warm welcome to PhD students and postdocs. The main agenda items focused on strengthening the organization’s structure - namely, a change of statutes to include a financial auditor and the nomination of the auditor to oversee the soon-to-be-created bank account. Without any hesitations, the assembly successfully approved both motions.

Of course, no PAP gathering is complete without good company and refreshments! After the formal part concluded, participants stayed to enjoy free beer, exchange ideas, and connect with colleagues in a relaxed and friendly setting.
